If your kit is not right, contact us for a refund. This is the guarantee stated on our home page. The site does not set a time limit for it, so please write to us as soon as you have seen your result.

If your order fails

Payment went through but we could not finish your order. Our system alerts us to failed orders and you can also email us. We aim to re-run the order or refund you in full within 24 hours of learning about the failure.

How to request a refund

Email ghdejr11@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt or transaction ID (the order ID is shown on the confirmation screen and in your PayPal receipt) and tell us briefly what was wrong. Refunds are issued by us by hand from PayPal back to the account you paid with. We issue a refund that is due under this policy within 3 business days of the day you ask for it. A business day is a weekday that is not a public holiday in Korea. After we issue it, how soon the money shows on your PayPal balance, card or bank statement depends on PayPal and your bank.

EU / EEA and UK consumers

Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Consumers in Korea (한국 소비자 안내)

If you are a consumer in the Republic of Korea, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (“the Act”) applies. We checked the text of these provisions at the National Law Information Center (law.go.kr) on 2026-10-07. This section does not remove any right you have under the Act, and where it differs from the guarantee above, the one that is better for you applies.

Withdrawal within 7 days (Act Article 17(1)). You may withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of the day you received the contract details or, if delivery started later, the day delivery started.
Delivered digital content (Article 17(2) item 5 and proviso, Article 17(6) and Enforcement Decree Article 21-2). The Act lets a seller limit withdrawal once the supply of digital content has begun, but the seller must indicate this and take the measures the Decree sets out for trial use of the content (Article 17(6)); if the seller does not, the limit does not apply and you may withdraw within the 7 days even after delivery.
If it differs from what we described (Article 17(3)). If what you receive differs from our description or from the contract, you can withdraw within 3 months of receiving it, and within 30 days of the day you found out or could have found out.
Refund within 3 business days (Article 18(2) and (3)). We refund within 3 business days of the day you withdraw. For a payment made through PayPal or a card, we promptly ask the payment provider to cancel the charge or, if we have already received the money, promptly return it to the payment provider and tell you (Article 18(3)). If we delay the refund, we pay delay damages for the delayed period at 15% per year (Article 18(2), Enforcement Decree Article 21-3). We charge no penalty or damages for a withdrawal under Article 17(1) (Article 18(9)).
